1-Month Packages


Youth FUNdamentals

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 3:30pm – 4pm

Target Group Youth Ages 6-10 years old (All Sports)

This program will focus on developing physical literacy through fun games and activities! Young athletes will learn how to move properly by applying functional movement patterns within developmentally appropriate games to improve coordination, core strength, speed, balance and more! This youth program is grounded in the Components of Athletic Skill Competencies (ASMC) to ensure that our young athletes achieve long-term athletic development and a foundation of confidence and self-esteem in a positive and safe environment!

Middle School Sports Performance

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 4pm – 5pm

Target Group 5th - 8th Grade Athletes (All Sports)


This program introduces the foundations of functional movement and sports performance with an emphasis on skill development. Our team of coaches provide close guidance to teach developmentally appropriate strength training exercises, sprint technique and other performance based skills to maximize results and safety. Not only will this program promote improved body awareness and self-esteem, but participants will experience noticeable performance gains due to an increase in functional strength, coordination, balance, speed/ agility and much more!

FLEX Sports Performance

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 5pm – 6pm

Target Group High School, College & Pro Athletes (All Sports)

This cutting edge program includes the latest in scientifically proven training methods, designed to decrease the risk of injury and drastically improve performance (strength, power, speed, agility, conditioning and more). Participants will receive close guidance and individualized feedback from a team of certified Pulse Physical Preparation Coaches to maximize training results and safety. Each session will consist of the following:

  • Comprehensive performance prep (mobility, activation, dynamic integration)
  • Power, Speed, Agility component (plyometric/ med ball training, sprint and change of direction instruction/ practice)
  • Functional strength training (purposeful exercise selection, volume/ intensity with an emphasis on technique)
  • Energy system specific conditioning.

Group Interval Cardio Circuit

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 7pm – 7:30pm

Target Group Adults (All Ages & Fitness Levels)


Classes are a highly efficient 30 minutes long and centered around the following concepts scientifically proven to help people lose weight and burn body-fat:

  • Circuit Training
  • Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT)
  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

These sessions can be tough, but it is always up to you how hard you want to push. Workouts are constantly varied and designed to make you leave feeling accomplished. A variety of unique cardiovascular exercises are incorporated such as tire flipping, battle ropes, box jumps, sprints, rowing ergometer intervals, punching bag work, sled drills, and much more.

PulseFit Functional Group Fitness Training

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 6am – 7am & 6pm – 7pm

Fridays 6am – 7am Saturdays 10am – 11am

Target Group Adults (All Ages & Fitness Levels)


This program focuses on skill development and exposure to basic movements for adults of all ages, beginning with rudimentary body-weight movements, and progressing to more technical and demanding exercises over time. This periodized approach differs from other exercise regimes in that the early emphasis is on movement quality rather than intensity. We find that repetition of the fundamental motor patterns with proper technique early on actually increases learning rate and minimizes the risk of injury in the future.

The standard structure of a session is a warm-up with attention to proper body control, followed by instruction of new skills, and a daily workout that evolves alongside you throughout the duration of the program. These sessions can be tough, but it is ultimately based on the degree that you are willing to push yourself - we are in not making you SUFFER, we're here to make you BETTER!
