Pulse Performance Training was founded to bring the best fitness experience to South Chicagoland; to serve our members, athletes, and our community to accomplish things they ever thought they could. We believe in excellence in every facet of our gym. We also believe in fostering a warm, welcoming and motivating environment for everyone who walks through our doors; ranging from beginners, to expert competitors.


We deliver our coaching in three levels of service:
