FITNESS AND PERFORMANCE CLASSES

 

Youth FUNdamentals

Target Group Youth Ages 6-10 years old (All Sports)

This program will focus on developing physical literacy through fun games and activities! Young athletes will learn how to move properly by applying functional movement patterns within developmentally appropriate games to improve coordination, core strength, speed, balance and more! This youth program is grounded in the seven Components of Athletic Motor Skill Competencies (ASMC) to ensure that our young athletes achieve long-term athletic development and a foundation of confidence and self-esteem in a positive and safe environment!

Middle School Sports Performance

Target Group 5th - 8th Grade Athletes (All Sports)

This program introduces the foundations of functional movement and sports performance with an emphasis on skill development. Our team of coaches provide close guidance to teach developmentally appropriate strength training exercises, sprint technique and other performance based skills to maximize results and safety. Not only will this program promote improved body awareness and self-esteem, but participants will experience noticeable performance gains due to an increase in functional strength, coordination, balance, speed/ agility and much more!

Next Level Sports Performance

Target Group High School, College & Pro Athletes (All Sports)

This cutting edge program includes the latest in scientifically proven training methods, designed to decrease the risk of injury and drastically improve performance (strength, power, speed, agility, conditioning and more). Athletes receive close guidance and individualized feedback from a team of certified Pulse Physical Preparation Coaches to maximize training results and safety. Each session will consist of the following:

  • Comprehensive performance prep (mobility, activation, dynamic integration)
  • Power, Speed, Agility component (plyometric/ med ball training, sprint and change of direction instruction/ practice)
  • Functional strength training (purposeful exercise selection, volume/ intensity with an emphasis on technique)
  • Energy system specific conditioning.

PulseFit Functional Group Fitness

Target Group Adults (All Ages & Fitness Levels)

This program is all about building functional strength with a strong emphasis on community, teamwork, support, and safety. We take a comprehensive approach to general population training by combining power, strength, and metabolic elements to challenge and change your body in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

The focus for each participant is on movement quality and skill development rather than intensity, which increases learning rate, safety, and results. We are not here to make you suffer, we're here to make you BETTER!
