NEXT LEVEL PERFORMANCE
Target Group: High School, College & Pro Athletes (All Sports)
Training Schedule: Tues, Wed, Thurs 5:30-6:30pm
+ FLEX Gym Access: Mon 5pm-7pm, Sat 9am-Noon
This cutting edge program includes the latest in scientifically proven training methods, designed to decrease the risk of injury and drastically improve performance (strength, power, speed, agility, conditioning and more). Athletes receive close guidance and individualized feedback from our certified Physical Preparation Coaches to maximize training results and safety. Each session will consist of the following:
- Comprehensive performance prep (mobility, activation, dynamic integration)
- Power, Speed, Agility component (plyometric/ med ball training, sprint and change of direction instruction/ practice)
- Functional strength training (purposeful exercise selection, volume/ intensity with an emphasis on technique)
- Energy system specific conditioning.
VARSITY SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Target Group: 5th - 8th Grade Athletes (All Sports)
Training Schedule: Tues, Thurs 4:30pm - 5:30pm, Sat 10am - 11am
This program introduces the foundations of functional movement and sports performance with an emphasis on skill development. Our team of coaches provide close guidance to teach developmentally appropriate strength training exercises, sprint technique and other performance based skills to maximize results and safety. Not only will this program promote improved body awareness and self-esteem, but participants will experience noticeable performance gains due to an increase in functional strength, coordination, balance, speed/ agility and much more!
